Three days

If something does not fit, bring it back within three days with the tags still on and the delivery slip, and we will exchange it for another size or another piece.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged once the packaging is opened. Anything worn, washed or altered cannot come back either.

If we got it wrong

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, tell us within 24 hours. We will collect it at our cost and put it right.
