What we do with your details

We keep your name, phone number, email and delivery address so we can get your order to you and help you if something goes wrong. That is all we use them for.

We do not sell your details

Not to anyone, ever.

Messages

We only send you offers if you asked for them. Every message has a link to stop them, and it works immediately.

Payments

M-Pesa payments go through Safaricom. We never see or store your PIN, and we do not store card numbers.

Your rights

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, and we will tell you or delete it. Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, that is your right.
